This is a place where I invite you to explore who you are, where we challenge ourselves to love ourselves where we are, and at the same time go beyond what we're capable of.
We explore topics like relationships, belonging, self-acceptance, courage, dreams, while at the same time, not being afraid to go deep into areas such as loneliness, rejection, pain, suffocation, grief, loss...

She shared her story with us about how she uprooted her life from Singapore to Houston, Texas, going through the dark journey of feeling alone in a new and foreign land.
Through her therapy work, she was able to have a better relationship with her husband, she found her happiness and purpose by building her own community, and creating her podcast, Heart Open ConversAsians.
